WHAT IS NEUROSCULPTING?

Like the river reshapes stone, the brain too can carve new pathways towards ease. For those seeking deeper support, Neuroscultping sessions build on the Relaxation experience by layering in advanced neurotechnology tools. These may include neurofeedback, brainwave entrainment, vagal nerve toning, HRV or breath training, and cognitive retraining. Designed to gently interrupt chronic stress patterns and support new neural pathways, these sessions help the nervous system remember its natural rhythm of regulation and cultivate resilience.

Each Neurosculpting session includes time to gently arrive and softly settle. After the guided portion, you’ll enter The Land Between — an unhurried pause where integration begins. Here, you may sip tea, sit quietly, or simply rest and allow your system to gently absorb what’s unfolding.

Modalities Offerd

Note: Light-based options (BrainTap and NeuroVizr) are not recommended for individuals with epilepsy, seizure disorders, or light sensitivity.

NuCalm

(Used in Granite Rest)

What it does:

NuCalm uses specially designed neuroacoustic music to gently slow your brainwaves and guide your body into a state of deep parasympathetic relaxation—often described as “rest and digest.” It’s designed to help the body release stress and recover naturally.

Why you might choose it:

• You’re feeling wired, overstimulated, or burnt out

• You need deep rest, like a nap without sleeping

• You have trouble letting go or “shutting off”

• You’ve had poor sleep, high stress, or physical tension

Sensate

(Used in River Place)

What it does:

Sensate is a small pebble-like device placed on your chest that vibrates in rhythm with calming soundscapes. This vibration directly stimulates the vagus nerve, helping regulate heart rate, breath, and emotional state.

Why you might choose it:

• You’re feeling anxious, ungrounded, or emotionally flooded

• You want to feel more steady and safe in your body

• You struggle with shallow breathing or racing thoughts

• You’d benefit from soothing the body first before shifting the mind

Mendi

(Used in Quiet Ascent)

What it does:

Mendi is a neurofeedback headband that tracks blood flow to your prefrontal cortex—an area involved in focus and emotional regulation. You use it with a simple visual “focus game” that trains your brain to become more balanced and calm.

Why you might choose it:

• You’re feeling scattered, foggy, or reactive

• You want to sharpen focus, patience, or self-regulation

• You’re recovering from burnout or need mental clarity

• You prefer an active rather than passive session

BrainTap

(Used in Spirit Sky)

What it does:

A headset that uses light pulses, binaural beats, and voice-guided meditations to shift your brain into relaxed, creative, or focused states. It supports balance across brainwave activity and promotes a sense of calm and uplift.

Why you might choose it:

• You’re overwhelmed or emotionally stuck

• You need a mood shift or mental reset

• You enjoy structured meditation and guided voice support

• You want help shifting mindset or thought patterns

NeuroVizr

(Used in Spirit Sky)

What it does:

Goggles that create kaleidoscopic light patterns (eyes closed) synchronized with music. This can activate 40Hz gamma brainwave states associated with mood elevation, creativity, and deep meditative calm.

Why you might choose it:

• You want a more visual, immersive experience

• You feel creatively blocked or emotionally flat

• You’re drawn to psychedelic-adjacent meditation

• You’d like to reset without talking, effort, or guidance

TouchPoints Calm

What it does:

TouchPoints are simple, wearable devices that gently vibrate on both sides of your body in an alternating pattern—a method based on something called BLAST (Bilateral Alternating Stimulation-Tactile).

This pattern is rooted in neuroscience and helps reduce the body’s stress response—what we call 'fight or flight'—to create calm and balance.

Why you might choose it:

• You feel anxious, overstimulated, or trapped in overwhelm

• You want help settling your nervous system quickly and without effort

• You prefer a sensory tool that works quietly in the background

• You’d like extra support deepening into rest
